This is the season of harvest, of giving thanks for the bounty and blessings of our lives. Several years ago, we started a simple Thanksgiving tradition in our home. Before we begin our Thanksgiving meal, we each take a turn sharing about the things for which we are grateful. The tradition has grown so that we do it more often because we love to hear each other’s answers.
This season, find happiness in the gratitude you feel for your family and loved ones. H.U. Westermayer said, “The Pilgrims made seven times more graves than huts. No Americans have been more improvised that these who, nevertheless, set aside a day of thanksgiving.”
Enjoy this special time with you family and friends.... Jamie
